The Sunday advantage
Word travels in Riverview. Several customers have specifically told us they switched to our store after another nearby chain reportedly stopped selling THC products on Sunday mornings due to corporate alcohol-blue-law policies that group hemp THC with alcohol restrictions.
We're independent. We don't have that policy. Whatever's legal to sell on Wednesday is legal to sell on Sunday, and we sell it.
A note on legal volatility: Florida hemp law is actively evolving. The selection on our shelf today reflects what's legal today. If state law changes — and we monitor it — our inventory will change with it. We don't sell anything that's not currently legal.
Florida law — what to know
Hemp-derived Delta-8, Delta-9, and other minor cannabinoids are currently legal in Florida for adults 21 and over, under federal hemp regulations and Florida state law. Specific rules:
- Must be 21+ to purchase. We card every customer.
- Products must be hemp-derived (under the federal 0.3% Delta-9 THC threshold by dry weight) and meet current Florida labeling requirements.
- We do not sell anything labeled as marijuana or anything that requires a medical marijuana card.
- Florida law is changing. We track legislative updates and adjust our stock accordingly.
ID required. No exceptions, no "I forgot it." Florida law requires it for all hemp THC products.
New to Delta-8? Read this first.
Delta-8 is psychoactive — it will produce noticeable effects, similar to but typically milder than Delta-9 THC. If you've never tried it:
- Start low. A single 10mg gummy is a reasonable first dose for most adults. You can always take more later. You can't take less after.
- Wait. Edibles take 30 to 90 minutes to take effect. Don't double-dose because you "don't feel it yet."
- Don't drive. Hemp-derived THC will impair your driving the same as any other THC product. Plan around it.

Common questions
Will Delta-8 show up on a drug test?
Yes, very likely. Most standard drug tests look for THC metabolites and don't distinguish between Delta-8, Delta-9, or other forms. If you have an upcoming drug test, do not consume Delta-8 products. We will tell you this honestly at the counter.
What's the difference between Delta-8 and Delta-9?
They're related cannabinoids with similar effects. Delta-8 is typically described as milder than Delta-9 at equivalent doses. Both are psychoactive. Both will show on a drug test. Hemp-derived versions of both are currently legal in Florida.
Are these the same as products from a Florida medical marijuana dispensary?
No. Dispensary products require a medical marijuana card and are sold under Florida's medical program. We sell hemp-derived products, which are federally legal for adults 21+ and don't require a card. They are different regulatory categories.
